Sales Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS A CONDITION STATED BELOW IS MET:

  • In event an item cannot be delivered due to sizing, a delivery charge and restocking fee of up to 5% will be applied. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for custom orders that cannot be delivered due to sizing restrictions. Custom orders cancelled after manufacturer cut off date are final sale. 
  • Upholstered furniture may be considered for exchange towards items of equal or higher value at the discretion of management. These items will only be considered when the items have NOT been out overnight and are in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.).
  • Any and all damages must be noted at time of delivery or in store pick up.
  • Osmond’s Furniture will not be responsible for any damages as a result of third-party delivery or pickup.
  • All mattresses are final sale.
  • In the event of a warranty claim where the merchandise has to be returned to the dealer for repair: All transportation costs between the purchaser's home and the dealer will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 
  • Orders must be paid in full upon arrival to our warehouse and delivery or pick up arranged within 10 business days thereafter.
