ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE:
- In the event a product cannot be delivered into its intended location due to sizing constraints, a delivery charge and restocking/repackaging fee will be applied. Custom orders are final sale.
- Upholstered products will only be considered for exchange towards items of equal value when the items have NOT been out of store overnight & are in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.).
- Please be advised we are not responsible for any damage to doors/frames, walls, flooring, or items within the delivery location. Please have the area prepared for delivery. i.e. Remove doors, wall hangings, rugs and any other obstacles that may be in the path prior to delivery. Due to OH&S, staff will have footwear on while performing delivery duties.
- Any & all damages to products must be noted at time of delivery or pick up. We cannot be responsible for any damage on items taken by customer or other delivery services.
- All Mattresses are FINAL SALE and have no demo/trial periods.
- In the event of a warranty claim or repair where the product has to be returned to store or other location, all transportation costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Orders must be paid in full upon arrival to our store & delivery or pick up arranged for within 10 business days thereafter.
